J.R. is the Managing Broker for Backwoods Land Co, in Grenada, MS. He has four years of real estate experience in sales as a Broker Associate. He earned a Bachelor degree in Public Policy with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. J.R. is married to Kim Biddy Graves and he has two daughters, Hayden and Reagan.  

Along with Real Estate sales, J.R. has over 25 years experience in sales and management in the agricultural industry as well as the automotive industry. He is actively involved in the Grenada County Farm Bureau Federation where he serves as vice-president and he serves as the vice-chairman of the Carroll County Republican Party.  J.R. is a fourth generation cattleman who has an avid love for the outdoors and he enjoys helping people find the perfect property. J.R. aspires to make every step of the real estate transaction process transparent and simple.
