Cooper Wells was born and raised in Madison, Mississippi, where he graduated from Germantown High School. His passion for the outdoors took root early, shaped by countless days spent hunting and fishing with his family. That lifelong connection to nature led him to pursue a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science at Mississippi State University.
During his time at MSU, Cooper gained a strong foundation in natural resources, wildlife ecology, and the landscapes that support them. His academic training, paired with hands-on experience working with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, provided him with a deep understanding of wildlife management practices and their real‑world applications.
Today, Cooper brings that expertise to the world of recreational land and timber investments, offering valuable insight into how thoughtful land stewardship enhances both ecological health and long‑term property value.
