Charlie Montgomery is a lifelong resident of Carroll County, Mississippi, who graduated from Pillow Academy in 1982. Following graduation, Charlie became a farmer. He grew the farm from 33 to 4,000 acres of owned and rented land located in three counties. He retired from farming in 2010 to devote his time to his real estate business which was growing rapidly. Charlie uses the strong work ethic and determination he developed throughout his farming career every day as a realtor.
Licensed in MS, LA and AR, Charlie strives to provide his customers with the highest quality service. With more than 15 years of experience, Charlie has closed hundreds of commercial realty transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Commercial Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association, Grenada Board of Realtors and Central Mississippi Realtors.
Charlie is the proud father of two and grandfather of six and is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Greenwood. When he is not helping his customers find the perfect piece of property, Charlie enjoys taking long road trips to lesser-known parts of the country, traveling to ball and archery tournaments to watch his grandchildren, and, of course, hunting and fishing.
