A nice gravel driveway through the turkeys pines, and the lush hardwood bottoms of Holmes County will wrap you around the pond where you fill find your new 800sq ft Cabin on the hill. The Cabin consist of 2bedrooms, 1 bath, with an open floor plan living room and kitchen. Power and Water already hooked up and ready for your weekend stay! Outside you will find a 20×20 pole barn to park your tractor and side by side etc. Off the front porch you will be overlooking a 1acre pond amongst the 18-20yr old pines. With an excellent trail system you can find yourself sitting in a box stand high on a hill overlooking a preserved bedding area specially for the deer. Amongst the hardwood bottoms you can be sure to hear the call of those Hard gobbling Mississippi Longbeards! Across the road the you will find yourself in the “honeyhole” in 6-10yrs old sawtooth oaks running along the Castallion Springs Creek. When the Big Black River breaks out of its banks, this the first set of hills the wildlife move to! This has been a family club since the 1990’s it has been well maintained with Deeded Easements and locked gates to both properties.
